We exist to inspire, equip and encourage Christians around the world for the sake of maximizing community impact.

CHURCHES:

We work with the local church and its leadership to grow their impact. We believe that when the local church is working well, it can change a community, a city, a country and even the world.

NOT FOR PROFITS:

We see the great work of many NFPs and work to help them grow their influence and support their missional work.

MARKETPLACE LEADERS:

We are here to equip marketplace leaders to use the leadership position they have been entrusted with to shape inspired workplaces.

We are a non-profit organization collaborating with Christian leaders and churches to enhance the effectiveness and reach of their leadership within their community and across the globe. Our ministry is partly self-sustained through our events, but it also depends on key donors who partner with us to provide transformative leadership development training throughout our country.

Our goal is to invite new partners into our collaborative environment.
